TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Florida State University graduate Josh Williamson is once again set to compete on Team USA’s bobsled team.
The 29-year-old from Lake Mary, Florida, is no stranger to Team USA after competing in the 2022 Beijing Olympics in the 4-man competition open.
Williamson announced his achievement on social media.

“I have officially been named to my 2nd US Olympic Team. I’m not quite sure what to say yet, but honestly, all I can say is thank you. To everyone who has been a part of this moment. Representing my nation is something incredibly special to me and is an honor that drives me daily. I hope to make you all proud in Cortina,” Williamson said.
Williamson once played Lacrosse at Mercer University before he transferred to FSU, where he later received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
