Located on Chiquita Boulevard North between Embers Parkway West and Tropicana Parkway West, the fully furnished four-bedroom, two-bath model serves as the builder’s central sales office for its growing Cape Coral presence. The 1,829-square-foot home features an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings, a covered lanai and a flexible fourth bedroom designed as a den or office. The model is open for tours seven days a week.
