The Cape Coral Police Department’s Narcotics Unit arrested three people after an investigation and executed a search warrant at a residence on Southwest 28th Terrace.CCPD says in a press release that upon arrival at the home, they arrested the occupant, Michael Patrick Hennessey, 31, on outstanding drug charges.In the residence, officers say they found and seized multiple controlled substances and evidence related to drug distribution, including:MarijuanaMethamphetamineTHC waxCrack cocaineFentanylVarious prescription pillsVarious items of drug paraphernalia and U.S. currencyCCPD says that they determined Hennessey was selling marijuana, fentanyl, pills, methamphetamine and crack cocaine. She was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.CCPD says that just prior to the execution of the search warrant, detectives observed a vehicle leaving the residence being driven by Kristian Araujo Ferreira Da Silva, 42. They say that Da Silva entered a black Nissan Rogue and drove to a nearby 7-Eleven gas station.Officers say that when they attempted a vehicle stop, the vehicle accelerated and almost hit one of their cars. After a high-speed chase along Chiquita Boulevard South, officers say they found the Nissan abandoned and damaged near Southwest 4th Street.They add that they found a small baggie with a substance that tested positive for cocaine and other plastic baggies consistent with narcotic packaging and sales.Shortly after they found the vehicle, CCPD says that they found Da Silva walking near Ceitus Terrace, where he was arrested.
