January 23, 2026 – Beachside Hospitality Group has acquired a nearly century-old, family-owned institution on Clearwater Beach. The St. Petersburg-based company expects to close on Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill and Bar, owned by the Hamilton Family since May 1926, next week. Beachside owns 16 establishments statewide, including Salty Crab Bar & Grill, Crabby’s Dockside, Salty’s Island Bar & Grille and Crabby’s Bar & Grill in Pinellas County.
