DEDICATION. ABSOLUTELY. ALL RIGHT. LET’S TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHAT’S GOING ON HERE AS WE CHECK OUT WHAT’S GOING ON. YOUR FORECAST. I DO HAVE SOME FRIENDS THAT ARE GOING OUT FISHING THIS WEEKEND. I THINK THEY’RE GOING FOR GREAT WHITES, BUT THEY ARE GOING TO GO OUT AND TRY TO CATCH A FEW THINGS OUT THERE, AND IT’S ACTUALLY GOING TO BE A PRETTY GOOD BEACH AND BOATING WEEKEND AS WINDS CALM DOWN A BIT. NEXT WEEK IS GOING TO BE A LITTLE BIT TRICKIER AS WAVE HEIGHTS PICK UP, AND WE’RE GOING TO SEE THE WINDS PICK UP AS WELL. SKYCAM NETWORK THOUGH OVER JUPITER. LOOKING GOOD RIGHT NOW. FEW CLOUDS AROUND, A COUPLE SHOWERS HERE AND THERE. WE’RE NOT SEEING A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF RAIN RIGHT NOW, BUT WE DO HAVE A FEW SHOWERS IN THE AREA. BEACH AND BOATING FORECAST FOR TODAY. NORTHEASTERLY WINDS 5 TO 10 KNOTS. WATER TEMPERATURE ABOUT 77 DEGREES AND THE WAVE HEIGHTS ONLY ABOUT 2 TO 3FT TODAY. NOT BAD. OKAY, HERE’S A QUICK LOOK AT WHAT’S HAPPENING WITH OUR RAIN. WE DO HAVE A COUPLE SHOWERS JUST OFF OF NORTHERN PALM BEACH COUNTY. WE’VE HAD A FEW DOWN IN BOCA AND DELRAY AND HIGHLAND BEACH RIGHT NOW. JUST SEEING 1 OR 2 SHOWERS KIND OF DISAPPEARING AROUND THE WELLINGTON AREA. MAYBE A LITTLE RAINFALL OUT AROUND PAHOKEE, AND THEN MOST EVERYTHING ELSE IS OFFSHORE AT THE MOMENT. HOWEVER, FUTURE TRACK DOES SHOW THE CHANCE FOR A FEW SHOWERS THIS AFTERNOON AND A FEW FOR TOMORROW AS WELL. SO WE’VE GONE AHEAD AND PUT ABOUT A 10 TO 20% CHANCE FOR RAIN IN THE FORECAST FOR TOMORROW. IT’S NOT GOING TO BE A SOAKER. IT’S NOT GOING TO BE A WASHOUT, JUST A FEW SHOWERS AROUND. OUR NEXT BEST CHANCE FOR RAIN IS ACTUALLY GOING TO BE ON MONDAY, AS THIS STRONG COLD FRONT WORKS ITS WAY DOWN FROM CENTRAL FLORIDA INTO SOUTH FLORIDA MONDAY AFTERNOON, MAYBE EVEN AS EARLY AS MONDAY MORNING. ONCE THE FRONT MOVES THROUGH, THOUGH, OUR RAIN CHANCES DISAPPEAR AND DON’T REAPPEAR FOR QUITE SOME TIME AS COLD, DRY AIR WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE IN. WE’LL TALK ABOUT THAT MORE IN A MOMENT. HERE’S A QUICK LOOK AT OUR CURRENT TEMPERATURE 79 DELRAY BEACH 78 WEST PALM, 77 PORT SALERNO BEACHES 7677. IN FORT PIERCE. RIGHT NOW WE HAVE ABOUT 78 DEGREES IN SEBASTIAN AND AROUND 80 RIGHT NOW IN OKEECHOBEE. THE BIG PICTURE IS THE COLD AIR REMAINS TO OUR NORTH FOR TODAY, FOR TOMORROW, FOR SUNDAY, AND ALMOST ALL THE WAY THROUGH MONDAY. MONDAY WILL BE KIND OF A SPLIT FORECAST AS THE FRONT BEGINS TO MOVE THROUGH. THE TREASURE COAST WILL BE COOLER THAN PALM BEACH COUNTY. AND THEN IT’S MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY WHEN WE REALLY SEE THAT COLDER AIR MOVING IN ACROSS THE AREA. SO HERE’S A QUICK LOOK AT OUR SEVEN DAY FORECAST FOR TODAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES, UPPER 70S AND LOW 80S AS WE GET INTO THE WEEKEND HERE, WE’RE LOOKING AT SATURDAY WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 70S LOW 80S. BUT SUNDAY NEAR RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES. THE RECORD HIGHS ARE ABOUT 86 TO 87 DEGREES IN OUR AREA. AND THAT’S WHAT WE COULD SEE ON SUNDAY. ON MONDAY, THAT COLD FRONT MOVES ON THROUGH. IT WILL START MOVING THROUGH IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON. IT WILL FINISH MOVING THROUGH IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND BEHIND IT SOME VERY COLD AIR ON THE WAY IN. WE HAVE IMPACT WEATHER IN THE FORECAST FOR TUESDAY MORNING AND FOR THURSDAY MORNING, NOT NECESSARILY BECAUSE OF THE TEMPERATURES, ALTHOUGH THEY WILL BE COLD. BUT LOOK AT THIS. THE WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES ARE GOING TO BE FOCUSED ON THOSE A LOT AS WE GET INTO NEXT WEEK. BUT WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES ANYWHERE FROM THE 30S INT
