Tennessee received its second transfer portal commitment on Sunday from Jadais Richard. He transferred to the Vols from Miami, according to On3.
The 6-foot-1, 195-pound senior defensive back played at Miami from 2023-25 after transferring from Vanderbilt.
From 2022-25 at Miami and Vanderbilt, Richard appeared in 36 games, including eight starts. He recorded 52 tackles, three tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, one forced fumble, five pass five breakups, one interception and six pass deflections.
Richard is from West Monroe High School in West Monroe, Louisiana. He was a three-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball and track and field.
The Vols also received a commitment on Sunday from Idaho State transfer wide receiver and return specialist Ian Duarte.
