To commemorate 36 years in the community, Chabad Lubavitch of Fort Lauderdale hosted their Annual Gala as a way to honor the past and toast to their future.
The evening was full of celebrating and dancing alongside community leaders and longtime members and friends. A few individuals were awarded for their dedication and impact to the Chabad and the Fort Lauderdale Jewish community, including Ross and Katie Abramowitz who received the Young Leadership Award.
Israeli singer, Noam Buskila, provided entertainment for over 360 guests. A multimedia program was also set up, with videos showing a synopsis of their programs and a tribute to executive director, Rabbi Moishe Meir Lipszyc who recently celebrated his 60th birthday.
“Thirty-six years represents not only longevity, but commitment, vision, and heart,” said leadership of Chabad Lubavitch of Fort Lauderdale. “This Gala is a celebration of the countless lives touched, the families strengthened, and the Jewish pride inspired throughout our community.”
