TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Protect your people, pets, plants and pipes tonight as temperatures tumble into the low-20s.
Tonight Through Tuesday Night
High pressure will stay in control for much of the week. As a result, we are dry under a clear sky for Monday night. Low temperatures tumble into the low-20s. The wind is not as gusty, but a light breeze could make the wind chill dip into the upper-teens at times.
A Hard Freeze Warning is in place for the entire region through 11 a.m. Tuesday. Be sure to protect your people, pets, plants and pipes.
After some frigid weather to kick off your Tuesday, we are tracking plenty of sunshine for the afternoon. The wind is not as breezy. We top out in the upper-40s and low-50s.
Another quiet, cold night is on tap for Tuesday night. Lows tumble into the low-to-mid-20s under a mostly clear to partly cloudy sky.
Middle Of The Week
Dry weather will continue for the middle of the week.
Highs on Wednesday reach the low-50s under some sunshine. Lows fall into the mid-20s.
We are partly cloudy and below average on Thursday. Highs hover in the mid-50s, and lows settle in the upper-20s to low-30s.
Extended Forecast
Looking ahead, we could see another weather system to end the week.
A few showers are possible on Friday, but the rain chance is not super impressive at this point. Temperatures top out in the mid-50s under a partly sunny sky. Lows fall into the upper-20s and low-30s.
We could see another shot of arctic air for next weekend. Highs on Saturday only top out in the low-40s under a partly sunny sky. Lows bottom out in the low-20s.
