This Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 9:00am to 1:30pm, the Lake Baldwin VA Clinic will host a Flu Drive-Thru Clinic for Veterans. It is part of a series of vaccination events hosted by the Orlando VA.

This weekend’s flu drive-thru vaccination event will take place at 5201 Raymond St, Orlando, Florida 32803.

flu drive-thru Orlando VAAccording to the Orlando VA, these events provide a quick, convenient way for Veterans to receive their flu shot without leaving their vehicles, while also connecting them with Outreach Services and Eligibility & Enrollment staff who will be on-site to assist with VA health care enrollment, benefits information, and available services.

The Lake Baldwin VA outpatient clinic offers urgent care, primary care and specialty health services, including mental health care, laboratory services, vision care (optometry), prosthetics, physical therapy, nutrition services, and more in Central Florida.

Influenza can lead to serious complications, especially for older adults and individuals with chronic health conditions. Getting vaccinated helps protect Veterans, their families, and the broader community while reducing the risk of severe illness, hospitalization, and strain on health care services.

“These drive-thru events are about meeting Veterans where they are,” said Dr. Meshondra Collins, Chief of Primary Care. “By offering convenient Saturday options at multiple locations, we’re making preventive care more accessible and helping Veterans stay healthy throughout flu season.”

The Central Florida drive-thru flu clinics will operate on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:30pm. The upcoming schedule is:

Jan. 31, 2026 — Lake Baldwin VA Clinic (9:00am to 1:30pm)
February 7, 2026 — Lake Nona VA Medical Center (9:00am to 1:30pm)
February 7, 2026 — Viera VA Clinic (9:00am to 1:30pm)

Veterans enrolled in VA health care are encouraged to participate. No appointment is required.

With flu season peaking and many Veterans managing chronic health conditions, the focus of these weekend clinics is to reduce barriers to care and helping keep Veterans and the community healthy, according to the Orlando VA.
