January 27, 2026 – The 8th annual State of Science and Innovation will return to the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus Wednesday, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The St. Petersburg Innovation District is hosting the free event, which features fast-paced presentations from representatives of the Poynter Institute, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, the Global Resilience Institute, the USF College of Marine Science and SubUAS, in-person and virtually.
