Over the past few days in the United Football League (UFL), each team took part in at least one transaction. The Dallas Renegades, DC Defenders, and Orlando Storm each saw a couple of roster moves on their end, preparing for UFL Training Camp which begins next month.

Dallas Renegades

DE Tashawn Bower, Signed

The Dallas Renegades added DE Tashawn Bower, who brings plenty of depth and experience to this defensive line group. Bower has been around the block in his NFL career. He’s had stints with the Vikings, Patriots, Raiders, and Giants. He originally came into the NFL as an UDFA with Minnesota, totaling seven tackles and a sack during his two year tenure with the team. His most productive year came in 2020, where he started in three games for New England, totaling 11 tackles.

Tashawn has played in 26 games in the NFL, with 23 tackles and two sacks to his name. He signed with the Houston Roughnecks early in the 2025 season, immediately making an impact. Bower totaled 16 tackles, four sacks, and 15 QB pressures in just six active games. He’s a veteran who will undoubtedly elevate this room to another level.

DC Defenders

OG Steven Losoya III, Signed
DT Casey Rogers, Signed

The DC Defenders are always looking to add versatile pieces to their offensive line. They’ve done exactly that with the signing of Steven Losoya III, who can play at just about any position. He played at Middle Tennessee State, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt throughout his college career. At Vanderbilt, he played both at guard and center. Losoya made 40 career starts collegiately. Steven was an UDFA signee by the Carolina Panthers in April of 2025.

Up front, the Defenders have added depth to the trenches with the addition of Casey Rogers. Rogers, the former Nebraska and Oregon product, has spent time with the New York Giants and Buffalo Bills, primarily on the practice squad. He was active in three games with the Giants, not recording any statistics, but blocking a field goal in his debut.

During his career as a Cornhusker and Duck, Rogers totaled 98 tackles, 12 TFL’s, three sacks, and two forced fumbles. Rogers will be a strong addition alongside Joe Wallace and Devonnsha Maxwell at DT for the Defenders.

Orlando Storm

TE Konner Fox, Signed
TE Shawn Bowman, Signed
OT Bryce Benhart, Signed

The Storm are loading up o tight ends, signing Konner Fox and Shawn Bowman. Konner is a physical tight end who brings a versatile skill set to Orlando, recording 269 receiving yards and two touchdowns during his collegiate career. Konner primarily saw production during his later years at Texas State, as he was a rotational piece during his time at Kansas State. Fox recently attended the UFL Showcase in Arlington last November.

Meanwhile, Shawn Bowman is fresh off a couple of years spent with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Shawn played at Maine for four seasons, racking up an impressive 920 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. He transferred to Rutgers for his final year of eligibility, but didn’t see much action with just four catches for 24 yards. Bowman was waived by Jacksonville in August of this past NFL preseason.

Anthony Becht has always been a fan of big offensive linemen – and that’s exactly what Bryce Benhart is. At 6’9”, 307 lbs., and just 25 years old, Bryce is an exciting and promising prospect up front for Orlando. Benhart played at Nebraska for six seasons, holding the school record for most consecutive starts by an offensive lineman, with 54. Bryce earned a mini-camp invite in 2025 with the Detroit Lions, but did not sign with the team. With his size and durability, look for Bryce to be an impactful piece for the Storm during Training Camp.
