The culinary gauntlet has been thrown Beaches vs Town!
Picture Jacksonville’s top culinary talent from the beaches and downtown going head-to-head on stage in an epic competition. Two teams made up of 6 executive chefs each on stage creating two entrées throughout three 15-minute rounds AND with two surprise proteins thrown in at the last minute (just for fun!) The dishes will be judged by ACF-certified chefs to determine who reigns supreme – Town or Beaches.
Meanwhile, guests participate by tasting signature samples and desserts served by dozens of restaurants featured throughout the venue. Their votes will decide the People’s Choice Award.
