ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (CBS12) — A Florida mother has been accused of first-degree murder after her 4-year-old son was discovered dead by his teenage sister.
The St. Petersburg Police Department said that they responded to a call reporting a person bleeding at 1760 Tanglewood Drive NE.
