PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — Breeze Airways is bringing two new non-stop flights to the Pensacola International Airport.

According to a Breeze news release, the new flights will leave from Pensacola and go to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and San Antonio, Texas.
“San Antonio and Fort Lauderdale are great destinations for our guests looking to explore the River Walk, see The Alamo, or enjoy the beach,” said David Neeleman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways. “These routes are a great addition to our network in Pensacola, and we look forward to kicking off these new flights this summer.”
Flights to Fort Lauderdale will take place on Thursdays and Sundays beginning on May 7. Flights can be booked to Fort Lauderdale beginning now.
As for San Antonio, summer seasonal and nonstop flights will happen on Wednesdays and Saturdays beginning on June 10.
One-way tickets for both destinations start at $49.
“We are delighted that Breeze continues their growth at Pensacola adding new nonstop service to our fourth largest market in Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and an all-new destination in San Antonio (SAT),” Executive Director of the Pensacola International Airport, Matt Coughlin, said.
