Hulk Hogan‘s beautiful Florida home is going up for sale … six months after the wrestling legend passed away, TMZ Sports has learned.
The Clearwater Beach pad was Hulk’s haven since 2012 … and it’s not hard to understand why.
The 5,400-square-foot estate sits right on the sand and offers incredible views of the Gulf of America.
It features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms — including a majestic, 1,000-square-foot primary suite with a sitting area, gulf-front terrace, morning bar, spa-inspired bath and a massive walk-in closet.
The rest of the crib is as luxurious as it gets … with teak, marble and natural stone floors, a designer kitchen, gas fireplace and a private elevator.
Outside, there’s 1,500 square feet of covered space to play with … including a heated pool and spa.

The mansion will be listed for $10,989,000 by Hulk’s longtime friend Martha Thorn at the Thorn Collection and Coldwell Banker Realty.
It’s a home fit for a king … and Hulk was just that. He was one of the most recognizable figures not only in wrestling … but in American culture as a whole.
It’s the same residence where Hulk suffered a medical emergency before his passing on July 24, 2025 … a loss that sent shockwaves throughout the world.
