TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – All of this week’s Furry Friday dogs are personality plus! They’re active and affectionate and looking for families just like that!
Furry Friday is a collaboration between WCTV and the Tallahassee Animal Service Center designed to get dogs out of their kennels and into the spotlight in hopes of helping them find fur-ever homes, faster!
Here are the dogs we are featuring this week:
MEET PRINCE
Prince needs a prince charming or a princess charming of his own!(WCTV)
Meet Prince!
This handsome boy with the big brown eyes is all about sticking together.
Prince just soaking up the sunshine and stopping to make sure I wasn’t lagging too far behind on our outdoor adventure.
Prince loves hugs, kisses and scratches and will sit oh so patiently for treats.
Prince needs a prince charming or princess charming of his own. He was found as a stray and his owners never came back to claim him.
This amiable fella deserves a happily ever after of his own.

MEET PEPPER
This black and white bundle of energy will keep you moving and keep you grinning!(WCTV)

This black and white bundle of energy will keep you movin’ and keep you grinnin’!
This salt and pepper pup is wiggly, friendly and fun and can’t wait to be part of a family again.
Pepper’s owner could no longer care for her so she is on a quest to become the queen of another castle! She’d like to be your one and only.
Pepper is playful, active and affectionate and is looking for a family just like that!

MEET KLAUS
Klaus will shower you with doggie kisses and wag his tail at warp speed!(WCTV)

This puppy is exuberant and excited about life!
Klaus will shower you with doggie kisses and wag his tail at warp speed!
There is no grass growing under his sweet feet!
Klaus is a kool kat. He walks well on a leash, knows his manners and will sit for treats – at least for a moment.
This little guy is so likeable and laid back that volunteers line up to take him out for a walk!

MEET GERALDINE
Geraldine is looking for a family with a little bit of patience … and a lotta back yard!(WCTV)
Meet Geraldine!
This spunky girl is personality plus!
She needs a family with a little bit of patience and a lotta back yard!
Geraldine isn’t in to leisurely walks, she’s into running and playing and hugging!
A full on face rub is always welcome too!
Geraldine has been at the shelter longer than any other dog.
She is ready for some fresh air and a fresh start and perhaps an equally energetic puppy pal to play with!

MEET AND GREET
You can meet these dogs and dozens more awaiting adoption at the Tallahassee Animal Service Center. It’s located across from Tom Brown Park at 1125 Easterwood Drive in Tallahassee.
People can walk through the kennels Wednesday through Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. People can also visit by appointment the rest of the week from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
