Pressman said the demand for more courts was high, and there was a clear lack of quality facilities that also offered strong amenities and social spaces. That was when Jarrett Sabatini, a St. Pete luxury bar and cafe owner, and Nathan Stonecipher of Green Bench Craft Beer joined the project, helping develop the club’s restaurant, cafe, and bar into a place where people can play, eat, and connect.
