JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Roadways are closed on Beach Boulevard near Carmichael down to University due to police presence, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
The sheriff’s office said there is no current time frame for the roads to reopen, but traffic is being rerouted.
