January 30, 2026 – Tampa International Airport is allocating $6 million to commission eight new art installations, with a call for submissions beginning Feb. 5. Those interested can send in samples of their work to the airport’s world-renowned Public Art Program through March 19 to be considered for a chance to create one of the installations. Artists must have completed or sold one piece of artwork for at least $15,000 to participate. For more information on the process, visit the website here.
