The suspect was gone before deputies arrived, but witnesses provided statements and a cellphone video of a “partially clothed” man outside the residence “engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner.”
Investigators learned the suspect, identified as 51-year-old Kevin Dale Westerhold, and his wife are listed as hosts for Airbnb properties at Windsor Hills Resort.
Investigators also reviewed a complaint from the day prior, Jan. 21, about a nude man in a shared hallway. Ring camera video of the incident was provided.
Multiple additional residents provided statements reporting similar behavior. Some of those incidents had been reported to the homeowners association in December 2025. Residents provided Blink videos allegedly showing Westerhold nude or partially clothed in the shared hallway.
Westerhold was arrested Jan. 27 near his Oviedo residence by the Oviedo Police Department, the sheriff’s office said. He was booked into the Seminole County Jail on a charge of exposure of sexual organs.
The sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing.
