NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man that was recently arrested in Miami in connection to a deadly 2024 shooting in Nashville has been returned to the city, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Brian K. Hardy, 59, was wanted for allegedly shooting 36-year-old Jerome Gordon during a heated argument in December 2024 on Harrington Ave.

Police say Gordon was found with a gunshot wound to his head near a backyard fence and later died at Skyline Medical Center.
Hardy was arrested in Miami, Florida, earlier this week on an outstanding criminal homicide warrant.
