JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — According to the Jacksonville Police Department (JPD), road conditions are starting to deteriorate, and some roads are starting to ice, especially on Lejeune Blvd. near Northeast Creek Bridge.

Officers with the JPD say they have responded to several accidents already and warn people to take caution and to stay off the roads as much as possible.
