TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa Bay residents spotted their first snow of the weekend Saturday evening, with icy flakes blowing around.

Hernando County
A family in Brooksville went out to catch snow flurries as they came down from the sky Saturday night.
A Hernando County resident reported seeing a snow flurry at their Brooksville home at 5:44 p.m.

More flurries were spotted in Lake Lindsey, which is located north of Brooksville.
Sarasota County
Snow flurries had a kid in North Port jumping for joy Saturday night
Citrus County
Beth Huntberry of Crystal River sent in a video showing how astonished she was by the presence of snow in Central Florida.
“I can’t believe it is snowing, y’all!” Huntberry said. “Oh my Lord have mercy. I’m moving to Key West.”
Crystal River resident Jeanie McClellan spotted flurries in her area as well.
Meanwhile, Megan George spotted flurries around her house in Inverness, which was featured on a WFLA Now livestream.
Hillsborough County
Chris Careccia captured some snow flurries falling in Lake Keystone near Odessa.
