A judge sentenced a former Flagler County paramedic to 10 years in prison after he was found guilty of sexual battery on an unconscious patient.

James Melady, 38, was arrested after he was accused of molesting a woman who was unconscious in the back of an ambulance.

Detectives discovered the video evidence while investigating unrelated cases involving Melady.
