Pura Bean Coffee Company and Salt & Tide join the other restaurants and shops previously announced at the airport’s new concourse.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville International Airport’s Concourse B is panning out to be a destination of its own, bringing several new food and drink options.
JAX announced Monday that once Concourse B is complete, the local Pura Bean Coffee Company and a full-service bar and seafood restaurant, Salt & Tide, will join its roster. They will be located at the end of the concourse.Â

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority’s CEO previously said the opening dates for these two new additions will depend on how fast American Airlines can move in and begin operations. The airline is expanding its presence at JAX, taking all six of the new gates.
The $300 million concourse is expected to open in late 2026, along with a new parking garage to accommodate the airport’s growth.
JAX previously announced several other restaurants on the way. Renderings show a food court with a V Pizza, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express and Willie Jewell’s BBQ.

Retail shops will be a bit more locally-focused: The Beaches @ JAX, Postcards from Jacksonville, Seven Bridges Marketplace and Five Points General Store.
