TALLAHASSEE –  The Florida State softball team will appear on linear television 15 times in the regular season on the ESPN family of networks. FSU has been on national television 107 times in the last five seasons and holds a 82-25 record in those games. FSU’s 15 scheduled TV appearances are tied for the most of any program with Oklahoma and Tennessee. 

FSU will first appear on ESPN2 against the No. 1 team in the country in Texas Tech on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 1 p.m. at the Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitational. FSU will take center stage on primetime ESPN on Feb. 15 against No. 4 Tennessee at 8 p.m. in the final game of the Clearwater Invitational. 

ACC Network will air a pair of midweek games at JoAnne Graf Field as the game against South Alabama will be on ACC Network on March 11 and No. 1 Texas Tech on March 18 will also be on ACC Network. The opening game against Cal on March 20 will also be on the ACC Network. 

The Noles will take the spotlight again at No. 12 Clemson as ACC Network will air the final two games of the series on March 28 and March 29. ACC Network will also carry the series finale against Notre Dame on April 4. 

FSU will appear on ESPN2 on Apr. 10 and ESPN on Apr. 11 at No. 17 Stanford at the brand new Stanford Softball Stadium. 

ACC Network will carry the Seminoles’ Saturday game against North Carolina on Apr. 18. 

Both rivalry games against No. 6 Florida will be in the spotlight as the Apr. 22 game against the Gators in Tallahassee will be on ESPN2 and the Apr. 28 game in Gainesville will be on ESPN. 

ACC Network will also air FSU’s road games at Georgia Tech on Apr. 25 and at Boston College on May 3.
