TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Temperatures dip below freezing for Monday night, but we are not as frigid as the weekend.
Tonight Through Tuesday Night
High pressure will stay in control in the short term. As a result, we remain dry under a mostly clear sky for Monday night. Lows bottom out in the upper-20s.
Our warming trend is set to continue on Tuesday. Highs climb into the mid-60s across the Big Bend and South Georgia under a mix of Sun and clouds.
We are calm and not as cold for Tuesday night. Overnight lows settle in the mid-40s under a partly to mostly cloudy sky.
Our Next Rain Chance
A cold front will sweep across the region on Wednesday and bring our next rain chance.
Scattered showers are looking likely for the morning and afternoon under a mostly cloudy sky.
Temperatures on Wednesday hover in the upper-50s and low-60s. Lows fall into the upper-30s and low-40s.
Extended Forecast
Behind this weather system, we are turning drier and cooler for Thursday. Highs reach the low-to-mid-50s under a partly cloudy sky. The wind is also looking breezy. Lows bottom out in the upper-20s.
Looking ahead, the forecast is looking pretty good for Friday and the weekend.
We are tracking plenty of sunshine as we end the week. Highs on Friday top out in the low-60s, but we could see some mid-60s for the weekend.
Overnight lows hover in the mid-30s.
