TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Havana man was arrested for allegedly forcing a woman into his car and sexually assaulting her.
According to arrest papers, Anthony Rollison is charged with kidnapping to commit or facilitate commission of a felony and sexual battery.
Arrests papers show the victim was walking home in Tallahassee in May when she noticed Rollison’s car following her. She told investigators that he spoke to her several times, but she did not recall what he said.
The victim was then “forcibly placed” in his vehicle and driven to a secluded area, according to arrest documents.
She told officers that Rollison dragged her out of the car and put her on the ground, leaving bruises and scratches. The victim told police she tried to fight Rollison, but he managed to flip her onto her stomach before assaulting her.

The victim described running to a nearby building and banging on the windows and doors in an attempt to get help. According to documents, during this time, Rollison was dumping the victim’s belongings.
Documents show he came back to the victim and apologized, saying “I shouldn’t have done that.” She had lost her shorts and underwear during the assault, and arrest papers show Rollison gave her his pants before putting her back in his car.
He then dropped her off near where he had picked her up.
DNA collected from the sexual assault kit matched Rollins. He was contacted by police in January 2026 and told officers the victim was friendly and that there “were no issues or hostility,” according to arrest papers.
Rollison was arrested Monday and was denied bond at his first appearance on Tuesday, according to court records.
