PMG and LNDMRK Development unveiled their plans to develop the Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, a 244-condominium luxury development themed after the artist, Frida Kahlo.

Located in Miami’s Wynwood arts district, the project is designed by Carlos Ott and CUBE 3. Some of the fully furnished units, which will range from studios to three-bedroom residences, will have deeded office suites.

“Wynwood has long stood at the core of Miami’s arts community, driving a bold creative energy and self-assured edge that reflects the fearless spirit of Frida Kahlo,” said Ryan Shear, managing partner at PMG. “This landmark residence unites her artistry with the visionary, highly regarded architectural design of Carlos Ott and the comprehensiveness of Baker Health’s exclusive wellness platform to create an unparalleled lifestyle driven by creative expression.”

Community amenities will include New York-based Baker Health’s first Florida holistic health and wellness facility on the ground floor, a resort-style pool, shaded lounge areas, outdoor bar and social lounge, thermal circuit, fitness studio, speakeasy lobby bar and custom art installations.

“Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences’ focus on art and wellness aligns with Wynwood’s continued evolution,” said Alex Karakhanian, principal of LNDMRK Development. “Its emphasis on residential quality, flexible office space and strong architecture positions the project for the neighborhood’s next phase. We value our partnership with PMG and look forward to delivering another residential project in Wynwood.”
