Early morning cold advisory but temperatures are warming up – Orlando Sentinel

Thursday began with a cold advisory warning, but daytime temperatures are getting warmer.

The advisory began at 1 a.m. and ends at 9 a.m., according to NWS Melbourne.

Showers are also on the forecast, with chances at 70 percent, likely before 1 p.m.

Thursday will be mostly cloudy, then gradually become more sunny with temperature highs in the low 60s.

There is a moderate risk of rip currents at all Central Florida Atlantic beaches.

Boating conditions are poor across local Atlantic waters and will become hazardous later in the morning and afternoon.
