Benoit, who is passionate about cooking, emphasizes staff training, development and concept growth.All proceeds raised from the event will allow Feeding South Florida to fulfill its mission to “provide immediate access to nutritious food, leading hunger and poverty advocacy efforts, and transforming lives through innovative programming and education.”Feeding South Florida serves Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.In South Florida, there are more than 1.7 million food-insecure individuals.
