LOGAN HAYES JUMPED INTO THE COLD WATER, SWAM TO THE VEHICLE AND PULLED HER TO SHORE. MARTIN COUNTY FIRE RESCUE ARRIVED MINUTES LATER TO MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE ELSE WAS INSIDE, AND TO HELP WITH RECOVERY.
