Norman’s was the setting for a special fundraiser honoring some of the eponymous chef’s favorite local talent. Norman Van Aken closed the restaurant to host more than 150 guests to try special dishes from Lordfer Lalicon of Kaya, Andrés Mendoza of Citricos and Kevin Fonzo of La Tavola to name a few.
The event was a fundraiser for the James Beard Foundation, raising almost $10,000.
