With the Mets‘ first spring training game just two weeks away on Feb. 21, pitchers and catchers have been getting ready down in Port St. Lucie.

On Saturday morning, new ace Freddy Peralta and Clay Holmes were among the pitchers to throw live bullpen sessions.

It was Peralta’s first live BP in PSL, and it appears that he threw one inning against young Mets hitters, while Holmes appeared to throw two innings.

LHP prospect Jonathan Santucci also saw some action on the mound as he looks to build off of a strong 2025 season split between Brooklyn and Binghamton.
