JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — 9:30AM: Portions of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and Fairfax Street in Jacksonville are closed Monday morning due to a traffic accident with injuries. Jacksonville police sent a notification about the wreck at about 9:32 a.m.
