TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Love is in the air and its the perfect time to help spark a child’s love of reading.
WCTV is teaming up with Midtown Reader on “Let’s Read,” the Tallahassee bookstore’s literacy initiative.
This program aims to cultivate community literacy and help bring free book fairs to Title I school in Leon County.
A half dozen roses is a Valentine’s Day staple, but you can donate a half dozen books to spark imagination for $36.

While you’re out shopping for that special someone this Valentine’s Day, consider donating a bouquet of books. You can donate a dozen books for $72.
Are you more of a thoughtful, handpicked gift giver? You can donate one thoughtfully chosen story for $6.

The goal of “Let’s Read” is for every child who attends these book fairs to be able to take home two books for free.
