Experiential event leader Mischief Management and global toy and family entertainment powerhouse Mattel, Inc., have announced the first wave of special guests for Barbie Dream Fest, taking place March 27–29, in Fort Lauderdale. As the first-ever fan festival devoted entirely to Barbie, the multi-day celebration invites attendees into an imaginative world shaped by inspiring speakers, immersive installations, and thoughtfully curated experiences that honor the brand’s legacy, evolution, and enduring cultural influence. For more than four decades, Barbie has inspired generations to dream boldly, whether through self-expression, storytelling, or stepping into one of her 250+ careers, empowering fans to envision limitless possibilities and shape their own futures.

An inspiring roster of athletes, scientists, creators, authors, and culinary talent comes together to share stories, spark imagination, and celebrate the limitless possibilities at the heart of the Barbie legacy.
This inaugural edition will feature an exceptional lineup of trailblazers spanning sports, science, fashion, and storytelling, each bringing their own perspective to panels, interactive programming, and exclusive autograph, photo op, and meet-and-greet moments. Special guests include Angel Reese, WNBA star, NCAA champion, and host of the popular “Unapologetically Angel” podcast; Dr. Swati Mohan, aerospace engineer and NASA Mission Operations lead for the Perseverance Rover landing on Mars; and Ibtihaj Muhammad, Olympic medalist and entrepreneur who inspired the first hijabi Barbie. Joining them are Madison Marilla of “Love on the Spectrum,” Emily Calandrelli, Emmy-nominated science communicator and host of Xploration Outer Space and Emily’s Wonder Lab, bestselling author and historian Robin Gerber, and chef Becky Brown, Master Chef finalist, Chopped Champion, and executive chef behind the Malibu Barbie Cafe.
