Last week, the Key Biscayne Condominium Presidents’ Council met with five real estate brokers from Key Biscayne for a panel discussion concerning the marketing of Key Biscayne condominium units.
The discussion gave presidents the opportunity to learn more about potential buyers’ concerns such as desired amenities, construction programs, monthly common expenses, special assessments and disclosure of relevant information.
