BET NORTH CAROLINA (-118).
This sets up as a fun matchup, but North Carolina comes in with clear momentum. The Tar Heels are fresh off an emotional home win over Duke, shooting 47.3 percent from the field, turning the ball over just 7 times and showing poise in a high-pressure spot. UNC has now won 5 straight, scoring 85 or more points in 4 of those games.
Miami has played better of late, shooting 51.9 percent in a road win at Boston College, but defensive issues remain. The Hurricanes rank last in the ACC in 3-point defense, a problem against a UNC team that can stretch the floor. North Carolina also owns a slight edge on the glass and has the size to match Miami’s paint-heavy attack. Coming off its biggest win of the season, UNC looks well positioned to keep rolling.

BET OVER 157.5 (-110).
It’s tough to look past the trends here. North Carolina has gone Over in 8 of its last 10 games, fueled by a high-functioning offense. Miami has also leaned Over, cashing in 7 of its last 10. These teams combined for 165 points in their most recent meeting, a 92-73 UNC win in 2025. With both averaging more than 82 points per game, this matchup shapes up as another track meet.
