A man accused of firing his gun multiple times at a driver in North Miami was arrested on Monday, records showed.

Alex Felizor, 39, was charged with deadly missile/shoot, throw, Miami-Dade jail records showed.

According to authorities, on Monday, Felizor forced the victim to go into incoming traffic, and when the victim tried to get back on his lane, Felizor fired multiple rounds at the victim’s car.

According to an arrest report, one of the rounds exited Felizor’s front windshield, and all the rounds that were fired struck the victim’s vehicle, which could have killed him.

When approached by authorities, Felizor said he had a firearm, and a black handgun was found in his front right pocket with six rounds in the magazine, the report said. One spent casing was found on the Felizor’s seat, and a bullet hole in his windshield.

The victim’s vehicle, the report said, had three bullet holes throughout the passenger side.

Authorities were also shown video that the victim recorded of Felizor approaching him after firing the shots, the report said.

Felizor, the report said, crashed his vehicle during the shooting.

He was then taken into custody.
