Active crime scene in Fort Myers stemmed from robbery; one suspect caught

The sheriff’s office said the investigation stemmed from a robbery.

We are working to get more information about that investigation.

ORIGINAL STORY:

‘The Lee County Sheriff’s Office said deputies and detectives are working a scene on Stella Street in Fort Myers in reference to a Violent Crimes Unit Investigation.

One person has been caught.

FOX 4 has a crew at the scene and are working to get more information.
