Tip leads to videos and images of child and animal sexual abuse on Lake Worth man’s phone

A Lake Worth man has been arrested following a monthslong investigation into multiple cybertips alleging the possession of illegal sexual content, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation began months earlier, after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children forwarded several CyberTips reports involving uploads connected to a phone number and internet accounts traced back to Locklin.Detectives say the uploads were tied to Locklin through subscriber information, IP address records and documents found within a cloud account associated with him. After receiving a court-approved warrant to search that account, investigators reported finding several files that appeared to violate state law.According to the arrest affidavit, Locklin is now charged with 30 counts of possessing child sexual exploitation material and five counts involving illegal sexual conduct with animals, based on what deputies say was recovered from both the online account and a cellphone seized during his arrest.The sheriff’s office stated that the digital evidence collected, both from the cloud data and from Locklin’s phone, supported the charges. Authorities added that the investigation included subpoenas to multiple service providers and surveillance at the residence prior to the arrest.Locklin was taken into custody without incident.
