Applications for the 2026-2027 Leadership Tallahassee Class (44) are now open. Application materials will be submitted online and are due by April 9, 2026.
Leadership Tallahassee (LT) is a program of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. LT cultivates a diverse network of emerging and experienced leaders committed to improving the community. With the support of LT graduates and the community, LT has conducted leadership programs since 1983 and has over 2,000 graduates.
Through an orientation followed by an opening retreat, monthly sessions, and a closing retreat, LT participants will learn about themselves, those who are different from them, and the Tallahassee community. The sessions present activities and hands-on experiences related to leadership topics, such as: economic development, the arts, healthcare, human services, the environment, education, law enforcement and justice.
