A child has been hospitalized in life-threatening condition from an active heavy police scene along Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway in Jacksonville, a JFRD spokesperson told First Coast News.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office told First Coast News officers responded to a reported “person cut.”
