THE DISTRICT SAYS THOSE TEXT MESSAGES WERE VERIFIED BY PHONE RECORDS. HOWEVER, MURPHY SAYS THEY DID NOT LET HIM KNOW. INVESTIGATION WAS UNDERWAY, WASN’T TOLD THAT I >> FEILER ANY POLICY YEAR.
