DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, Fla. (WCJB) — U.S. Marshals arrested a Walton County man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor in North Central Florida.
Deputies say Joshua Branum, 36, had an active warrant for committing sex crimes in Alachua County. He was arrested in Walton County, Fla., on Wednesday morning and brought to Alachua County on Thursday.
Court records show a sworn complaint was filed against Branum in late January.
