Last year, CBS12 News partnered with the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts and Comptroller to host a live wedding on ARC Florida. Carlos and his bride, Rosmeri, were selected to share their vows on live television. A year later, the couple closed on a home and is moving in on Valentine’s Day. That wedding was officiated by then-Clerk Joseph Abruzzo.
