HOA’s have a reputation for imposing harsh or undue restrictions on what homeowners can do with their property, all in the name of keeping property values high.
Now, state lawmakers are looking at HOA’s and the regulatory authority that they have alongside the most popular complaints lodged by homeowners to see what kind of legislation, if any, would improve the relationship between HOA’s and homeowners.
