Coast Guard seizes over 700 pounds of cocaine from 2 boats off Port Everglades – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

PORT EVERGLADES, FLA. (WSVN) – The U.S. Coast Guard made a big bust off the coast of South Florida.

The agency on Saturday released photos of one of two boats they stopped last week near the Fort Lauderdale sea buoy,- about seven miles east of Port Everglades.

A Coast Guard crew seized about 745 pounds of cocaine worth an estimated $5.6 million.
