The Orlando Air Show, scheduled for this weekend at Orlando Sanford International Airport, has been canceled due to the ongoing federal government shutdown and the resulting withdrawal of U.S. military participation.
Event producers explored the feasibility of moving forward with an all-civilian lineup, however, dramatically increased public safety costs for this year’s event made it impossible to proceed responsibly without military participation.
Organizers expressed appreciation to Orlando Sanford International Airport for its continued partnership.
2025 ticket holders will receive an email outlining several options to defer their tickets to 2026. Those unable to take advantage of the deferral options will also be able to request a refund.
